Communication, Business Success, Social Skills, Health, Athletic Performance are unique to each person. Doubts about yourself can act as blocks that prevent you from growth / success.

My Role: help you identify whatever blocks, and facilitate the transformation of doubts into self-confidence, give you tools and strategies to increase your skills and performance overall.

I. Energy Work

​

*Through a process of identifying thoughts that block your energy flow; and clearing away these blocks; as well as giving you strategies to create new habits of thinking and doing, you will learn how to use your abilities and energy in the most effective way.

 

*The mind-body connection means you will clear emotional, mental, physical and spiritual blocks (past and present), so that you can do all that you want to do effortlessly.

 

II. Speech Language and Cognitive Communication Differences

Our voice, our body language, executive function skills, reading ability, writing ability and speaking ability make us who we are. When any of these impact our personal relationships, socializing, & general life satisfaction, it is beneficial to discover the ways all of these can be increased to achieve greater performance and success in all aspects of life. 

    A.Neurodivergent Adults (Nonverbal learning disorders, stroke survivors, autistic and ADHD adults) and Adults with diagnosed speech language learning disorders often exceed their own expectations by identifying patterns that enhance performance, as well as those that may act as limitations and learning new ways to approach.

 

    B. All adults benefit from identifying blocks in their current situations may be limiting achievement of goals and success in all aspects of life - personal, business, social, health, athletic performance etc.
